Several of us have MSDN licensed copies. Basically we can install it on
the number of seats we've payed for (or in my case been given by an
employer) for testing and development purposes. I will pay you $.01
worth of equity in my corporation and give you the license key for
testing purposes.

See, legal and moral problem resolved.

Don't trust any of the bearshare images though. Its about 300 megs
uncompressed. Prolly a hell of a lot smaller compressed. If you need to
