For UKP45,000 you can get a cottage with four acres, but that's out in
the western isles of Scotland - so all you can grow would be mud and yeti.
UKP235,000 gets a house in two acres in Cambridgeshire, most of which is
good land for crops.  So look at half a million for five acres.
