What a disappointment.  Between the full moon and somewhat overcast 
sky, about one or two per minute were visible.

Last year was much much better.

The best of all time was somewhere in the late 80's.  I don't know the 
year, and I wasn't planning on seeing them, but the leonids that year 
were bright enough to illuminate through my venetian blinds and wake me 
from slumber.  They were intense and frequent.
