  I'd say VERY cheap.  If the SCA connectors are really $5/ea in small
quantities, I'd say the whole thing might make it under $15/ea in
modest quantity...much less in quantities of 1K or more.  The key will
be the PCB fab charges...I use a great next-day proto house that'll
etch three boards (with very limited dimensions and features) for $60.
Their pricing will likely go *way* down for larger quantities, though
I've never used them for anything other than three-board prototype
runs.
