[geeks] What to do with my favorite rescue

I'm actually fairly new to SGI's and IRIX in general, and I have to say
it's both fun and bizarre at the same time.  None of the files are where
one would think they should go in either either sysv or bsd.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a demo/trial/hobby license for MIPSPro
7.2...and/or its functional equivalent. I have media available, but I'd
really like to try it out and work with it.

also if anyone knows of any really good software that would take advantage
of a VGXT 10span esp. bioscience or graphics..
