$30-$50 in my group, with most in the $40k range. The other group
starts at $40 and goes up to $55k for programmers. Unluckily they need to
get their collective heads repositioned. They can't seem to start a
project without figuring out how it'll affect other groups... especially
people who use the tool day in and day out in production work! They Beta
test/rollout (same thing as far as they're concerned,) on the production
tools also. This really pisses me off as our group does 90% of the work
around there. Heck, without us our biggest contract wouldn't have been
extended another two years.
