questions at sunhelp.org -> me.  I get four or five a day, and 99% of the
time I'm able to help someone with a hardware or software problem or 
question.  That other 1%, though, is a real doozy.

I love it when people dont like it when I wont sit and walk them through
step-by-step figuring out why their monitor wont work with their framebuffer,
why Linux doesent work, etc, etc.  Occasionally, I get responses like this, 
after six or seven emails, when I finally give up and tell them to RTFM and 
figure out the problem themselves.

Hrm.  He's the one that emailed me in the first place.  I forwarded it to
abuse at attbi.com for good measure. 8-)

Among other things, I told this guy, "you get what you pay for".

I'm glad to help out people for free, but certain folks can just go 
fuck themselves.
