the ketchup (i use heinz) tends to cook down while its coverngthe
meatloaf and it turns into this mega sticky glop that some people prefer.
i don't, but ive never been a ketchup fan hus, the half and ahalf bradford
meatloaf exists.

that's compromise for ya.

done that, it turns out about the same as the ketchup. no real taste
difference.
