For comparison... imagine someone who has only listened to rap
all their life. You say "I like rock and roll." and they think
you mean Britney Spears, because that's what they hear blasting
out of people's cars driving by. Not fair, right?

The big pop rap acts are crap, just like the big pop acts of
any genre. (Except Public Enemy. They rule.)

On the other hand, metarap infuriates me. Rappers talking about
how much they have to say, rather than saying anything... ugh.
It's like Kiss singing about "rock and roll!!!!!".
