What is "electrical work"?  Does that include things like running
Ethernet?

Does it not -bother- lawmakers that they're saying "You can't do what you
want with stuff that you own unless we say so?"

Huh.  So, I guess if you need to move a printer or add another SCSI box,
you have to call a contractor?  Sounds like a damned good excuse to go
postal on whatever gov't twinkie thought that law up.
