If I wanted it sent to the list, I would be sending it to the list myself.

I gave the URL of where it is located, and told how often it will be
updated.  If people want to read it, they can read it there.

Anyone (other than myself) sending anything automatically (via a cron job, 
or otherwise) to any of the lists I host, will get unsubscribed and their
ISPs mailserver (or their MX host, etc) will be added to my ipfilter 
configuration.

Am I making myself clear enough now?  You didnt seem to get the point 
earlier.
