I don't know for sure about all black-lists (though I do know their MX
hosts are not listed in any RBLs I use)

However they have VERY broken DNS for their MX records:

	$ host -t mx optonline.net
	optonline.net           MX      2 mx2.optonline.net
	optonline.net           MX      5 mail-hub.optonline.net
	 !!! optonline.net MX host mail-hub.optonline.net is not canonical
	optonline.net           MX      10 mail-relay.optonline.net
	 !!! optonline.net MX host mail-relay.optonline.net is not canonical
	optonline.net           MX      2 mx1.optonline.net


Those errors may cause several different mailers (not _NOT_ including
mine -- I only care that at least one MX is valid) to refuse to accept
mail with that domain in the SMTP envelope sender address.
