  The Z4 itself did...it was in use at the Swiss Federal Institute of
Technology until sometime in the mid 50's.  Zuse himself only died
fairly recently, maybe 5-6 years ago...I'm sure that stuff got
documented somewhere, but I don't have any of the specifics.
