  It's not like they're that expensive.  The one Big Mike has is a
1st-gen Meade ETX 90mm Maksutov-Cassegrain scope, and is very cool.
Very compact for the aperture, nice optics, all standard eyepiece
mounts so there are no compatibility issues with the rest of the
world.  You can find them used, and they're pretty inexpensive.
