We had an interesting incident when I worked at Texas.Net. 
Captured in full detail:

er.  well.  look in austin.internet around Feb/Mar '98; basically a 
customer named Chris Edmonson came to our offices, more than a little
annoyed that we'd turned off his dialup account for abuse.  We ended up
almost having to call the cops to get him to leave.... then he *complained*
about this on Usenet...

Eventually, he settled his differences with the company though.
