My body runs on fat, protien and fiber - no sugar, no carbs, never.

If it looks like a duck.....

I suppose in strictest medical terminology, sugar might not be a
stimulant, but it certainly "stimulates" me in all the wrong ways - so
in my book it gets classified as such.
