I've got the following SDRAM stick:

"256Meg SDram PC133 7nx for 133Mhz Bus Boards BX CAS 3
 w/Eprom (No Athlon)
GEMERIC mem 212642
1 YEAR FROM DATE OF BARCODE 9643-405 11/16/2000"

Sticker on the end:

"32Mx4 compatibility
 check SyncMAX.com"

(looks like SyncMAX is out of business; their DNS expired in Dec. '01...)

SyncMAX "brand" (NEC chips). Works fine as a 256meg stick in
both my Athlon (ABit KT7) despite what the sticker says, and
in an ABit BH6/BX6. However, its only recognized as 128meg in my
ABit ST6-RAID (Intel 815E chipset) and on my old BX-chipset
slot1 motherboard.

Would like to trade this 256meg PC133 DIMM for two 128meg PC133 DIMMs.

Bill
