It may have been. I was pretty sure it was Texas but you are right on the
other details. The kid was stupid and behaved in an irrational manner. Sure
the guy overreacted when he shot, and yes he should have trained better, and
yes he should have thought twice etc... etc... but the fact of the matter is
he felt threatened and the guy was trespassing at night which in the state
he was in (I do think it was Texas) and city he was in made it legal for him
to shoot.
