I've got three free cruises, one to St. Thomas, two to the Bahamas, one 
free trip to Las Vegas and one free trip to Hawaii form the small 
company I work for.  We sell and support medical billing offices.  There 
are 8 or us and we support about 3000 office across twelve states.  One 
of the owners just wrote a new direct claims filing module that we are 
starting to sell and promote nationwide.  I'm the only hardware/OS geek 
here, so it get pretty bad at times.  The pay is great, nobody hassles 
me about what I do or when I do it, as long as the customers stay happy. 
 The hours kind of suck, my weeks run 55-70 on the average.  I also 
spend a lot of time in the field.   I drive an average of 45k miles a 
year.  In fact, I've turned in so much mileage deductions the past three 
years, that the IRS is auditing me on my non reimbursed employee expenses.
