This is why I'm getting out of systems and software work. It's not rewarding
enough on it's own. It was great as a hobby, but since it's been my job (7
years) it hasn't been *really* fun. My next consulting gig involves no
*real* work, hell, I won't even log in to a machine, and will probably
recommend something I don't like, but is the solution to their problem.

If anything I'm going to do consulting work only, and high level stuff.
Other then that I'm going to school and study something useless and
interesting.
