Sure.  Anything you need done, I've probably done before back in some
previous tour de Hell[1].

Then there's my fiancee, who implemented scheme's car, cdr, and
closures[2] entirely in PHP. :)

[1] A word of advice to anyone with respect for their own work who is
    considering becoming an at-large webmaster: "Don't."  It'll only make
    you miserable.  I've been a company-internal webmaster (about 6 years
    ago) and a public webmaster (about 2 years ago).  I actually enjoyed
    the former, but the latter sucked.
[2] With all the environment-persistence hacks present.
