Some of the best stuff is on regular TV.  Buffy, angel, andromeda.  EFC used
to be good, but the past 2 seasons have really sucked.  Heck, ever since 
Auger stopped appearing regularly it has sucked.

But then, cable has a few good shows also.  Farscape.  Iron Chef.  Probably
more, but I don't have that sort of cable, so I don't know of much more.
