He said something to the effect of, "I was wondering if someone named
<butchers my name> is here."  I said, "Yeah, that's me."  He said, "I am
here for a service call on an IBM S/390.  Where is it located?  Is it
far?"  I replied, "Downstairs."  He said, "You have a 390 in your house?
Cool!"
