My favourite food is Cambodian, which is very similar to Vietnamese.
If I lived in a city with a big Vietnamese population, rather than
Providence, with its big Cambodian population, my favourite food
would probably be Vietnamese.

(I'm thinking of their every-day food, not the "exotic gourmet"
sort of selections.)
