I forgot a really neat one I learned last week:

usufruct

yooz yu frukt
n. Roman and Civil Law. the right of enjoying all the advantages 
derivable from the use of something that belongs to another, as far as 
is compatible with the substance of the thing not being destroyed or 
injured.

also usufructuary - 1. of, pertaining to, or of the nature of usufruct. 
2. a person who has a usufruct property.
