how is dotster with domains where they only keep the root nameserver records?
i have two domains at register.com, one i didn't want to put in my DNS (not
just yet anyway) and arkham.ws the other one i can put "DNS records" in at
register.com (www.blah.com = 1.2.3.4) from the web page, but to get them to
change my primary and secondary DNS servers for arkham.ws involves me sending
them mail, so it takes an extra day or two to get it done. still not too bad.

i've never actually used NSI. went to brasil and InterNIC was still around,
came back, and these bastards at NSI were in change. i've been at war with
them ever since.
