HP DDS-4 DAT (Sun) tape drive:
   sense key(0x6)= Unit Attention residual= 0 retries= 0
   file no= 0 block no= 0

(standard hp/sun DDS4 drive, came with a sunblade 1000)

"huh?"

Its a DDS-2 tape; could that be the reason?

I've done a boot -rv, etc. Tape drive shows up just fine... I've used tons
of tape drives on solaris before without a problem, and now this..
