Sapphire is celebrating the 100th anniversary of Marconi's first
transatlantic radio transmission as well as the 50th anniversary of the
launch of OSCAR-1 (both occurred on December 12) with a simple message
using its on-board transmitter and voice synthesizer.

The message consists of:

> Happy birthday OSCAR-1. Happy birthday to you.
> Thank you Mr. Marconi from Sapphire.
