There are several reasons taht companies keep Windows around, the most
prevelant are Exchange and Office.

Truly, most office users are incapable of determining or differentiating
anything beyond "Microsoft" which seems to be a common term for
Windows+Exchange+Office.  If you can replace Office and Exchange with a *nix
drop-in replacement, the argument to keep Windows around would be pretty
weak, I would think.
