I believe you're refering to Eugenics - an abhorant line of thought by most
standards.  However - forcing manufacturers to cease production of a
product, that is safe when used with discretion and thoughtfulness, because
a small segment of unthoughtful people use them in an unsafe manner - is not
acceptable.
