If you really want CTI, look at asteriskpbx.org.  Build a PeeCee with a
couple of Quicknet PhoneJacks and LineJacks...and you've got a PBX with
voicemail.

The PhoneJack LITE ISA cards are $99 each and you'll need one for each
extension you want.  The LineJack cards are $199 each and you'll need one
for each inbound line you want.

Then you can get really kinky and set up other asterisk based PBXs at
people you like and place voice over IP calls to them that use your
already-present IP connectivity.
