You're looking at big money, even used.

Drop the CTI and use answering machines for VM and it gets really cheap
(like $200.00~500.00).

I use an Iwatsu ZTD with both analog and digital station cards and an Active
Voice VM. It rocks, and they can be had for about $2000 used.
