I pulled his domain records. He's a real winner. Note the billing
contact. Essentially and old trick (I have a friend who used to
do something similar.) You setup the domain so the billing contact
is a big NIC handle (like Microsoft or Warner Brothers.) They have
so many domains they don't know what's up and they pay your bill.
