System
  • Server Name - The current name. This name will be shown in "Network Neighborhood" or "My Network Places".
  • IP Address - IP Address currently used by the Ethernet Network Attached Storage.
  • Current Status - Indicates the current status of the Server. This will usually state "Available".
    If the Server is not available, the message will say why the Server is not available (e.g. Scandisk in Progress)
Disk
  • Disk Type - Disk type, as provided by the manufacturer.
  • Free Space - The amount of disk space still available to users.

E-Mail Alerts
Send .. Check this to enable the sending of E-Mail alerts by the Ethernet Network Attached Storage. Alerts will be sent when there is some problem requiring the Administrator's attention.
E-Mail Address: Enter the E-Mail Addresses. The messages generated by the Ethernet Network Attached Storage will be sent to this destination.
Subject:
(Optional)
Enter the text you wish to appear in the "Subject" field of E-Mail generated by the Ethernet Network Attached Storage.

Buttons
Shutdown Now Shutdown the Server immediately. This will break all existing connections, including this one.
Clicking this button does NOT save any data you have entered.
Restart Now Restart (reboot) the Server. This will break all existing connections, including this one. The Ethernet Network Attached Storage will immediately restart, but could take a few minutes before it is available again.
Clicking this button does NOT save any data you have entered.
View Log Click this button to view the log file in separate window. The log file is a record of activity on the Ethernet Network Attached Storage, which can help in management and troubleshooting.
Refresh Click this to update the data shown on screen.
Details Clicking this button will open a new window, displaying further status details, including a list of all PCs and other devices which have been allocated an IP address by the DHCP Server function (if enabled).
