Symptoms:
	PHSS_22909:
	1) pxdb sets Icd field in function quick lookup to -1
	2) pxdb to issue warning message when vtbuf size exceeds
	   actual vt size
	3) Pascal -g compile returns cu: 0 index: 0x106. Pointer
	   to GNTT_SRC
	4) Support for pxdb -s on stripped exes
	5) NLS Message Catalog path can be set by user

Defect Description:
	PHSS_22909:
	1) The latest pxdb creates a corrupted quick look table
	   in the $GNTT$.  Member functions have the Icd field
	   -1 instead of their class. Also, the constructor field
	   is 0. Note the first 7 or so entries are correct.

	2) pxdb will output a warning message, when the vtbuf
	   size exceeds the estimated size.

	3) Customer gets error message:
	   cu: 0 index: 0x106. Pointer to GNTT_SRC
	   cu: 0 index: 0x117. Pointer to GNTT_SRC
	   When compiling for debug, -g option.
	   No error if no -g

	4) Support for pxdb -s on stripped exes.

	5) pxdb will look for installed catalog file only
	   when the NLSPATH is not set to any particular path.

	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHSS_22909

	5a. For a standalone system, run swinstall to install the
	    patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x match_target=true \
			-s /tmp/PHSS_22909.depot

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in
	/var/adm/sw/patch/PHSS_22909.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, you can create an empty file
	named /var/adm/sw/patch/PATCH_NOSAVE.

	WARNING: If this file exists when a patch is installed, the
	         patch cannot be deinstalled.  Please be careful
		 when using this feature.

	It is recommended that you move the PHSS_22909.text file to
	/var/adm/sw/patch for future reference.

	To put this patch on a magnetic tape and install from the
	tape drive, use the command:

		dd if=/tmp/PHSS_22909.depot of=/dev/rmt/0m bs=2k

	If an earlier version of the fileset is present , then it
	must be upgraded to revision B.10.20.09 by installing from
	either of the bundles mentioned above . Forced installation
	of this patch to earlier versions of the filesets will
	break the functionality of the products involved .
