This cookie is used to help WebQoS keep track of a session. Currently, this cookie is being created using commas as field separators. This is an invalid format that can not be properly interpurpreted by The Java scripts and therefore, the cookie can not be read. Resolution: The creation of the 'VVMonState' cookie has been modified so that it no longer uses comma separators.
