	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHSS_20519

	5a. For a standalone system, run swinstall to install the
	    patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x match_target=true \
			-s /tmp/PHSS_20519.depot

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in
	/var/adm/sw/patch/PHSS_20519.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, you can create an empty file
	named /var/adm/sw/patch/PATCH_NOSAVE.

	WARNING: If this file exists when a patch is installed, the
	         patch cannot be deinstalled.  Please be careful
		 when using this feature.

	It is recommended that you move the PHSS_20519.text file to
	/var/adm/sw/patch for future reference.

	To put this patch on a magnetic tape and install from the
	tape drive, use the command:

		dd if=/tmp/PHSS_20519.depot of=/dev/rmt/0m bs=2k

Special Installation Instructions:
	Special Installation Instructions:

	1. Ensure that the IT/Administration Server isn't running on
	   the system where you want to install the patch.

	   As user root:

	   # /opt/OV/bin/ovstop adcsv

	   This command will stop all ITA management server
	   processes.

	2. Ensure that there is no ITA GUI running on the system
	   where you want to install the patch.
	   Exit from all the running GUIs.

	3. Install the patch as described in the "Installation
	   Instructions".

	4. Start ITA server processes as user root:

	   # /opt/OV/bin/ovstart adcsv

	   This command will start again all ITA management server
	   processes.


	If the ITA Novell Netware agent is not already installed:
	---------------------------------------------------------

	Follow the instuctions from HP OpenView IT/Administration
	Administrator's Guide, version A.03.xx (pages 50 - 53).

	In case the ITA Novell Netware agent is already installed:
	----------------------------------------------------------
	1. Connect to the file server by using rconsole.

	2. On the Novell NetWare file server console, stop the ITA
	   Novell Netware agent (if it is not stoped already):
	   <file server>: adcstop

	3. Log on the Novell NetWare file server from a NetWare
	   client system as supervisor and enter your password:
	   login <file server>/supervisor

	4. Delete the nwfiles directory (or some other directory
	   that contains old ITA Novell NetWare installation
	   files) if it's not already removed. Change to the root
	   directory, c:\ then: c:\>deltree nwfiles

	5. Follow the instuctions from HP OpenView,
	   IT/Administration Administrator's Guide,
	   version A.03.xx (pages 52 - 53).
	   Note: In step 3. on page 53 (Installing the Agent
	         Software on the File Server) you can skip all
	         files that are already installed except the file
	         radmin.nlm which must be overwritten by
	         installation.
