Symptoms:
	PHSS_15160:
	- With this patch we support also SINIX 5.44 by ITO agents
	- Solved problem with forwarding buffered messages on
	  SINIX DCE node. When ITO server was stopped and afterwards
	  restarted, all buffered messages didn't come to
	  to server and new messages were still buffered on node.

	PHSS_14132:
	- ITO agent produced core if LC_CTYPE environment variable
	  was set on anything but different than empty string " ".
	  This patch introduces a fix so that any LC_* variable and
	  LANG variable can be set at any valid value. Valid values
	  can be seen on each system by command "locale -a".
	- Reliant Unix from SNI is not automatically detected
	  With this fix it will be possible installation onto
	  Managed Node nevertheless if the 'uname' returns
	  SINIX-<*> or ReliantUNIX-<*>.
	- opcmon is writing into monagtp and that opcmona is not
	  using it. Write call from opcmon and opcapi is now
	  removed.
	- multiple opcmsg-tmpl get intermixed condition processing
	  The msgi accidentially freed memory it was still
	  referencing in the list of messages that were later sent
	  to the server. The result were either totally corrupted
	  messages, or simply messages with wrong attributes.
	  With this patch, this severe malfunction is solved.

	PHSS_13598:
	- The ITO Sinix Agent previously only supported
	  communication type NCS RPC. This version of the ITO Sinix
	  Agent adds support for DCE communication.
	- Customer applications with input/output window fail if
	  /etc/issue file is existent on the Sinix managed node and
	  non-empty. In this case the "rlogin" program displays the
	  content of the /etc/issue file.
	- Agents may not startup automatically after a reboot
	  because the llbd is not running. This patch introduces a
	  modified startup script that checks for a running llbd
	  and adds some wait cycles in case it is not yet up.

Defect Description:
	PHSS_15160:
	- On early versions of Reliant UNIX 5.44 (SINIX 5.44)
	  there is possible problem with name resolution in the
	  thread-safe version of the resolution functions.
	  Re-entrant libraries for DNS configuration does not
	  work.  As the result, gethostbyname() returns an error
	  (errno is set to 9 (EBADF)). In this case, it is
	  necessary to add Management Server name into /etc/hosts
	  file. We are told at SINIX support at Siemens Nixdorf
	  Informationssysteme AG that it is necessary to install
	  SIthreads 5.44B package instead of DCE-Threads 2.0A30.
	  At lab, we could not prove this as we don't have
	  SIthreads 5.44B package on installation Reliant UNIX 5.44
	  media and DCE DCE 2.0b media. We suggest, that if
	  the user has SIthreads 5.44B package, then install it
	  on SINIX 5.44 and try to configure DNS.
	- Before installing ITO software on SINIX 5.44 Managed
	  Node, you have to assign Template group "SINIX 5.42"

Installation Instructions:
	Please review all instructions and the Hewlett-Packard
	SupportLine User Guide or your Hewlett-Packard support terms

	restrictions, and, limitation of liability and warranties,
	before installing this patch.
	------------------------------------------------------------
	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHSS_15160

	5a. For a standalone system, run swinstall to install the
	    patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x match_target=true \
			-s /tmp/PHSS_15160.depot

	5b. For a homogeneous NFS Diskless cluster run swcluster on the
	    server to install the patch on the server and the clients:

		swcluster -i -b

	    This will invoke swcluster in the interactive mode and
	    force all clients to be shut down.

	    WARNING: All cluster clients must be shut down prior to the
		     patch installation.  Installing the patch while the
		     clients are booted is unsupported and can lead to
		     serious problems.

	    The swcluster command will invoke an swinstall session in which
	    you must specify:

		alternate root path  -  default is /export/shared_root/OS_700
		source depot path    -  /tmp/PHSS_15160.depot

	    To complete the installation, select the patch by choosing
	    "Actions -> Match What Target Has" and then "Actions -> Install"
	    from the Menubar.

	5c. For a heterogeneous NFS Diskless cluster:

		- run swinstall on the server as in step 5a to install
		  the patch on the cluster server.

		- run swcluster on the server as in step 5b to install
		  the patch on the cluster clients.

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in
	/var/adm/sw/patch/PHSS_15160.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, you can create an empty file
	named /var/adm/sw/patch/PATCH_NOSAVE.

	Warning: If this file exists when a patch is installed, the
	         patch cannot be deinstalled.  Please be careful
		 when using this feature.

	It is recommended that you move the PHSS_15160.text file to
	/var/adm/sw/patch for future reference.

	To put this patch on a magnetic tape and install from the
	tape drive, use the command:

		dd if=/tmp/PHSS_15160.depot of=/dev/rmt/0m bs=2k
