PHNE_6614: The following symptoms correspond to the descriptions in the defect descriptions fields for PHNE_6614: System panic. Defect Description: PHNE_8149: The following defect descriptions are for PHNE_8149: Interrupt Service routine for Token Ring adapter is linked late during the initialization of the driver as part of the fix in patch PHNE_6614. As a result, any interrupt from the adapter prior to ISR being linked, causes the host (eisa_int) to not process the interrupt (level-triggered) and simply exit. The host is immediately interrupted upon exiting from eisa_int. The system enters into a continous loop (with the adapter continously interrupting), causing the hang. PHNE_6614: The following defect descriptions are for PHNE_6614: Token Ring driver begins to service interrupts due to arriving packets during its initialization when certain lock structures are still unavailable (uninitialized) for locking by interrupt service routines.
