Defect Description: PHNE_14801: 1. A limitation of the the NCPM GUI could sometimes cause it to report a SIGSEGV and dump core. This limitation has been removed. 2. Policy names which did not comply with RFC 952 were accepted by NCPM, but could not be looked up with the BIND 4.9.6 implementation included in patch PHNE_10494. NCPM now accepts only those policy names that comply with RFC 952. 3. Certain situations which could cause ncpmd to time out when replying to the named daemon have been eliminated. 4. The minimum Metric Reporting Interval has been reduced to 1 second, and the minimum Host Time Out has been reduced to 5 seconds. 5. Host-selection criteria have been made more flexible---you can use the 1-minute, 5-minute, or 15-minute average run queue to select and sort policy hosts. 6. A random sort order has been added. 7. A sample POSIX shell script is provided for use with the "User-Defined" host-selection criterion or sort order.
