Defect Description: PHCO_23341: 1. Partial port of 10.01 patch PHCO_22410 2. Memory fault in the commands is because of the incorrect handling of buffer for error message. Resolution: The buffer size is increased for the error message. If the argument is longer than the allocated buffer size, it is truncated before printing the error message. 3. The control characters are not filtered by the rlpdaemon. Because of which some characters may turn the user's terminal insane. Resolution: Control characters are replaced with blanks in rlpdaemon. 4. lpsched not stopped when /sbin/init.d/lp stop issued. Resolution: script has been modified to bring down the scheduler with stop option.
