	Ported 10.20 patch PHKL_17651 to TOS.

	This patch enables new functionality which adds new I/O
	drivers to support the B1000, C3000, and J5000 systems.
	In particular this patch fixes a problem with control of
	the soft power switch.  Without this patch, the softpower
	switch  on the workstations listed above may malfunction.
	This could cause the workstation to reboot or fail to boot.

Defect Description:
	PHKL_19033:
	New functionality to support the B1000, C3000, and J5000
	systems on HP-UX 10.26.   The pdc firmware call to
	PDC_SOFTPOWER(info) returns the address of the softpower
	switch flag but does not communicate with the 8051
	controller. In the case where the controller does not
	respond or can not perform the requested task, we must
	restore the state of the softpower switch flag.
	Resolution:
	Restore the state of the softpower switch flag if the
	8051 microcontroller does not respond.

	1. Back up your system before installing a patch.

	2. Login as root.

	3. Copy the patch to the /tmp directory.

	4. Move to the /tmp directory and unshar the patch:

		cd /tmp
		sh PHKL_19033

	5a. For a standalone system, run swinstall to install the
	    patch:

		swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x match_target=true \
			-s /tmp/PHKL_19033.depot

	By default swinstall will archive the original software in
	/var/adm/sw/patch/PHKL_19033.  If you do not wish to retain a
	copy of the original software, you can create an empty file
	named /var/adm/sw/patch/PATCH_NOSAVE.

	WARNING: If this file exists when a patch is installed, the
	         patch cannot be deinstalled.  Please be careful
		 when using this feature.

	It is recommended that you move the PHKL_19033.text file to
	/var/adm/sw/patch for future reference.

	To put this patch on a magnetic tape and install from the
	tape drive, use the command:

		dd if=/tmp/PHKL_19033.depot of=/dev/rmt/0m bs=2k
