Remote load of application programs

Execution of remote application programs is enabled using the netexec(P_ADM) utility. A simple text-format ``#!'' file in local RAM identifies a file to be executed and the server on which it resides. Execution of this ``#!'' file results in the file being downloaded from the server and executed locally. netexec also handles the execution of subsequent child processes.
