An enhanced set of client management tools is supplied for SCO OpenServer systems providing
the following functionality:
remote
ps(ADM)
and
kill(ADM)
remote
crash(ADM),
including enhanced client memory usage monitoring
kpusage(P_ADM)
and
memusage(P_ADM)
for the monitoring of kernel page and memory usage on a remote client
separate logging for client system messages
client_reboot(P_ADM)
for remote rebooting
The remote file management facility is available only on disk
based configurations. It provides file transfer capabilities, and the
ability to remotely execute other management utilities
located on the client. This facility is provided with
the standard BSD
rcp(TC)
and
rcmd(TC)
utilities. Any UNIX server supporting BSD rcp and rcmd
can provide these remote file management facilities to disk based clients.
