SOLUTION: The SCO OpenServer Release 5.0.7 Supplement CD Version 2 ISO image is

          What follows is the readme for the ISO image.

NOTE:     The readme on the ISO image incorrectly states that you can install 
          packages directly from the mounted iso image. This is incorrect as 
          you must burn the iso image to CD.

          The SCO OpenServer Release 5.0.7 Supplement CD Version 2 ISO image,
          named osr507supp2CDimage.iso, provides the following new or updated

            Installing from the CD-ROM ISO image
