    If you currently have an SCO® UnixWare® 2.1 system with the SCO
    UnixWare Encryption Utilities installed, and you intend to install the
    2.1.1 Update or the 2.1.3 Update, it is recommended that you first remove
    the installed version of the Encryption Utilities and then install the
    appropriate SCO UnixWare 2.1 Encryption Utilities Update.
