Dear SCO Customer, The enclosed Support Level Supplement (SLS) PTF3005B, the Netmgt Shared Memory Supplement corrects the nws core dump and netmgt shared memory corruption that occurs when netmgt is enabled using "nwcm -s nwum=on". Symptom: -------- libnwu.so distributed in SLS PTF3005B causes nws to core dump on start. If netmgt is enabled using "nwcm -s nwum=on", the netmgt shared memory segment will be corrupted. Further manipulation of data in shared memory by netmgt may result in unpredictable results, such as core dumps.
