Download the tf2033.Z and tf2033.txt file to the /tmp directory on your machine. 2. Read the release notes contained in file and follow the instuctions to add the package to your system. 3. Now become root, uncompress the file and add the package to your system using the following commands: $ su # uncompress /tmp/tf2033.Z # pkgadd -d /tmp/tf2033 ENGINEERING REALEASE NOTES -------------------------- Product And Version ------------------- UnixWare2.01, UnixWare 2.0 Abstract -------- NetWare_Setup in desktop was not able to turn on peer to peer connections on in PE. This ptf fixes it. Symptom -------- Remote apps can not be run on PE. When double clicked on Remote_Apps it reports that, peer to peer communications have to be turned on. But when peer to peer connections are turned on using NetWare_Setup, it does not actually turn the peer to peer connections on. SOLUTION SPECIFICS ------------------ General Description ------------------- Fix is made to turn on the peer to peer connection properly in PE. On as by default peer to peer connections are turned on. On PE by default it is turned off. Testing of the modified software contained in this package has been conducted only to the extent necessary to confirm that it resolves the problem(s) stated above ("Symptom").
