This PTF should be installed on any UnixWare 1.1.2, 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 system with the Commands Networking Extension (netcmds) package installed. SYMPTOM When UnixWare is configured as a UUCP/SMTP gateway to deliver mail to NetWare server using SMTP, the originator's system name and domain name are sometimes appended to the sender's address causing it to be unrecognizable to the NetWare server. SOLUTION Apply the ptf225 file. Installation Instructions: DATATYPE: datastream 1. Download the ptf225.Z and ptf225.txt files to the /tmp directory on your machine. 2. Read the release notes contained in this file and follow the instuctions to add the packages to your system. 3.
