This package has the enhanced sapd daemon in pkgadd format. This package needs UnixWare 1.1 to be installed on the system. This patch is replaced by update 1.1.2 SYMPTOM When Aging was added to servers, header files got changed from /usr/ucbinclude/sys/dir.h to /usr/include/dirent.h and /usr/include/sys/dir.h. As one of the structures referred was not appropriately updated, it was not broadcasting the specified saps. It is corrected in this new program. Aging takes care of clearing the incoming sap list database by removing the entry if there is no response from a server in three minutes(which is a default value). This can be changed. SOLUTION Apply the ptf141 file. Installation Instructions: DATATYPE: datastream 1. Download the ptf141.Z and the ptf141.txt files to the /tmp directory on your machine. 2.
